Stand-up comic, actor and writer Lewis Black is notorious and beloved for his scathing sarcasm and coarse critique of...basically everything. Known to his fans as "America's foremost commentator on everything," his has carved out a reputation as a hilarious critic of religion, politics and culture. Black's angry verbal assault on an audience member who struck him with an empty bottle while he was sitting in with the band Gov't Mule at the Bonnaroo music festival became legendary comic material and was later included in an episode of "Lewis Black's Root of All Evil."
